The latest survey report indicates that many organisations in the sector have no formal diversity, equity and inclusion policy or strategy, at least not one that is known to members of their board or staff.听听

• 81% of survey respondents agreed that their organisation puts diversity, equity and inclusion commitments into practice.听

• But only 44% were aware of a formal diversity, equity and inclusion strategy.听

• 23% of board members were not sure if their organisation has a formal diversity, equity and inclusion strategy or policy.听听听
