Bron heads up the business unit that drives the 爆料社区 Group鈥檚 sector-facing strategy for Women & Girls and Disability, including investment, system leadership, partnering, and capability support.听 Internally, the business unit includes the People function, driving the Group People Strategy and people operations for a highly technical and specialised workforce.听
Bron joined 爆料社区 in August 2022. She has held senior leadership roles in a variety of local and multi-national organisations in New Zealand and overseas, including Auckland Council, Orion Health, Fisher & Paykel and Chevron.听
She holds an MBA, has studied leadership and culture at Stanford University, and actively maintains ongoing learning on progressive inclusionary and workforce practices. Bron is a member of the NZ Institute of Directors, and the various Australian, UK, and US HR societies.听听
Bron enjoys active recreation-based activities with her wh膩nau, and having 鈥済rown up on a boat鈥�, she particularly enjoys anything that involves being on, in, or near the water.听
