爆料社区 has partnered with global consultancy Diversitas to bring a series of to the play, active recreation and sport sector in Aotearoa New Zealand.  

By championing diversity, equity and inclusion, organisations and individuals can cultivate environments where everyone feels a true sense of belonging. Whether you鈥檙e a coach, administrator, employee, board member, leader, or volunteer, these online workshops will provide you with the tools and knowledge to advocate for inclusivity in your role.   

By attending these online workshops, you will:

Join us for this 90-minute online workshop to explore the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and their significance in play, active recreation and sport in Aotearoa New Zealand. Learn the difference between equality and equity, and how creating an inclusive culture can build a strong sense of belonging in the workplace.

Unconscious bias awareness鈥� 

Join us for this 90-minute online workshop to understand the origins of bias, its impact on workplaces and strategies to address it. Learn the difference between conscious and unconscious bias, the concepts of 鈥渇ast thinking鈥� and 鈥渟low thinking,鈥� and tips and strategies to interrupt bias processes.

Inclusive leadership  

Join us for this 90-minute online workshop to understand the traits and skills needed for inclusive leadership in play, active recreation and sport. Discover the six key traits of inclusive leaders and practical steps to improve interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.
